Enel	clearing event battle with Luffy's crew, a picture should flsh, go to Grand Tours and just play a regular tournament
Aokiji	Clear Event Battle with everyone, then play Event Battle again with Luffy and beat Aokiji with a level 2 special
Shanks	Clear Event Battle with Luffy on the Very Hard difficulty after unlocking all previous characters including Enel and Aokiji.
Mihawk	Clear Event Battle with Zoro on Hardest difficulty. Beat Mihawk with Zoro's level 2 special after getting hit with Mihawk's level 2 special.

Unlocking Strawhat Pirate's 4th Costume

After unlocking the 3rd costume for the Strawhat Pirate, play Grand Battle 30 times or beat Event Battle 6 times with each one of the Strawhat crew to unlock their 4th costume *(1 Event Battle = 5 matches)
Note: It can even be a mix of 4 Event Battle and 10 Grand Battle or 2 Event Battle and 20 Grand Battle, as long as you've beaten the comp. 30 times

How to unlock Mr. 0 Crocodile

To unlock Crocodile, you must first have all 15 characters unlocked. Then, go back and play Story mode on any level with Ms. Sunday. After you beat her story mode, during the credits enter the following code.
